RECONNECT 2 SUCCESS

Providing transitional support to men and women with criminal conviction history.

At ReConnect, Inc. we understand the challenges that many individuals face in transitioning from prison back to their families and communities. Our program has been specifically developed to provide our clients with skills, support and services needed to overcome barriers that interfere with reentry success. Our referrals come from Federal Probation, State Parole and Probation, County Jail and community partners.

Our hands-on and strategic approach to helping our clients manage their reentry planning allows us to help our clients stay on track and reduce the likelihood of problems occurring that could undermine reentry planning.

We focus on providing services in three core areas: education, job readiness, and personal development. Each core element is designed to meet the individual needs of our clients.
