Congratulations, Tool Box Credentials Graduates!
ReConnect, Inc. held its second Tool Box Credentials Training Program of the year. Five brave participants successfully graduated the TBC training and received their industry recognized credentials in areas including Crane Signaling, Lead Abatement, and CPR/First Aid Certification. The graduates also received one-on-one case management, resume development, and job placement assistance.
On graduation day, the graduates participated in a job fair where they met with prospective construction employers and put their new job readiness to skills to the test. A few of our graduates obtained employment immediately after graduation.
The graduates also received encouraging remarks from prominent figures in the Omaha community including Councilman Ben Gray and their hard work was highlighted by news channel WOWT.
ReConnect, Inc. could not be more proud of these five individuals. We wish them luck in their new career paths!
